The MNCBIA Developer of the Year and Builder of the Year awards are voted on each year by the associate and subcontractor members of the Association, who cast their votes using criteria based on onsite management, scheduling, supervision quality control and ethics. The MNCBIA Supplier/Subcontractor of the Year and Associate of the Year awards are voted on by the builder members of the Association. The award winners are announced at an membership dinner in October.
