The Annual Custom Builder Awards honors and celebrates quality and excellence in construction, architecture and design by custom builders and remodelors in the Greater Washington Region. Custom homebuilders are encouraged to submit entries for the Custom Builder Awards. The awards are open to both MNCBIA members and non-members (non-member entries must be within the MNCBIA jurisdiction of Calvert, Charles, Montgomery, Prince George's & St. Mary's Counties in Maryland and Washington, DC). Entries must be no more than three years old and represent either custom construction or speculative production houses or condos. ALL applications and entry fees will be submitted and paid for electronically.
